Analysis of the selection method of woodworking machine inverter



Today, the main method of selecting the inverter of the engraving machine is used. The inverter is driven by the spindle motor of the wood engraving machine. The main requirements are smooth operation and smooth rotation speed change. The full speed fluctuation is small, and the low speed torque is large, which can ensure low speed cutting. Therefore, the woodworking engraving machine should pay attention to the following points when selecting the inverter to prevent damage to the woodworking engraving machine. Analysis from the following aspects:

1) The purpose of using frequency conversion; constant voltage control or constant current control.

2) The type of load of the woodworking machine inverter; such as the vane pump or the volume pump, pay special attention to the performance curve of the load, and the performance curve determines the method and method of application.

3) Matching problem between inverter and load of woodworking engraving machine;

I. Voltage matching; the rated voltage of the engraving machine inverter is consistent with the rated voltage of the load.

II. Current matching; ordinary centrifugal pump, the rated current of the engraving machine inverter is consistent with the rated current of the motor. For special loads such as deep pumps, it is necessary to refer to the motor performance parameters to determine the current and overload capability of the engraving machine with the maximum current.

III. Torque matching; this can happen with a constant torque load or with a reduction gear.

4) When the high-speed motor is driven by the engraving machine inverter, the output current value increases due to the small reactance of the high-speed motor and the increase of higher harmonics. Therefore, the selection of the inverter for the high-speed motor engraving machine has a capacity slightly larger than that of the ordinary motor.

5) If the inverter of the engraving machine is to be operated with a long cable, measures should be taken to suppress the influence of the long cable to the ground coupling capacitor, so as to avoid the insufficient output of the engraving machine, so in this case, the inverter capacity of the engraving machine should be enlarged. Install the output reactor at the output of the engraving machine inverter.

6) For some special applications, such as high temperature and high altitude, this will cause the derating of the engraving machine inverter, and the capacity of the engraving machine inverter should be enlarged by one gear.
