There are three kinds of control methods: common variable frequency drive and control, vector control drive drive and control, and direct torque control! 1. Check the metal engraving machine every day; if the communication line, motor line, and optocoupler line are loose, whether the voltage is stable; then turn on the power of the machine, operate the machine to move back and forth twice, and start the operation;
2. Clean the sensor (optocoupler, proximity switch) of the metal engraving machine to prevent the dust powder oil from sticking to the sensor, affecting its sensitivity or causing false touch;
3. Clean the dust debris on the exposed rail (light rod) of the metal engraving machine, and clean it with No. 2 oil. After cleaning, add butter or No. 2 lithium grease;
4. After the metal engraving machine is finished in one day, first remove the engraving knife and let the spindle chuck and the lock nut be in a relaxed state. This helps to extend the life of the spindle chuck. Then we began to clean the work surface, can be cleaned with a brush; pay attention to the work surface is usually not to accumulate debris, so as to avoid deformation of the platform;
5. The metal engraving machine of the water-cooled spindle should ensure the cleaning of the cooling water and the normal operation of the water pump. The water-cooled spindle motor must not be dehydrated. The cooling water should be replaced regularly to prevent the water temperature from being too high, and the circulating water should be as much as possible. Capacity water tank;
6. Move the metal engraving machine head to the lower left or lower right position to prevent collision, and then cut off the power; avoid unplugging the plug;
      Metal engraving machine should also remember to maintain when it is not used for a long time. When the metal engraving machine is not used for a long time, it should be energized 1-2 times a week, especially in the rainy season with large environmental humidity, so that the metal engraving machine can run for an hour or so. The heat of the electrical component itself is used to dissipate the moisture in the numerical control system to ensure stable and reliable electronic performance. Its inverter should also be maintained: the inverter has been debugged before leaving the factory, it is forbidden to debug and change the line privately to prevent damage to the motor or inverter caused by data input error!
